All orders are shipped internationally and will incur a $5.80 flat rate shipping fee.

Once your transaction is complete, Little Mavericks will ship your item(s) via Japan Post within 2 business days.

Most in-stock items will arrive 7-13 business days after receipt of your order.

Please note that shipping windows are only estimates, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

returns

Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the delivery date, per the tracking record via Japan Post, USPS, or your local mailing service. The Little Mavericks team handles returns on a case-by-case basis, with our ultimate desire to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.  Any order that is shipped internationally is not eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges. Therefore, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund, if eligible. Additionally, original shipping fees are nonrefundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as sanitary goods (skin care) and used merchandise that is damaged after receipt of goods.

To complete your return and store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Little Mavericks only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please send us an email to littlemaverickskidsco@gmail.com. We will provide shipping information in a response.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
